This might not have been my first charter, but it was most definitely one of the most memorable ones. Besides the fact that it was my birthday and I was accompanied by friends and family, we had a movie-like holiday on a beautiful bond-like wooden sailing yacht. During our trip, we were blessed with endless blue skies and an average ‘warm’ 35 degrees. We started our journey in St. Elm, a small fishing village at the Southwest corner of Mallorca. This is a perfect place to relax, go swimming, have a drink at the beach and end with a nice dinner in town. The next destination was Palma Nova, a place with more action, music, large lounge restaurants and long white beaches. On our way to Arenal, we stopped by a beach club in CalaLamp; this club is exceptional not only for the views but also because it was built with the idea of integrating it into the cliff.

Arenal is very different to the other locations that we visited. This place was full of different bars, restaurants, and the well-known Bierkönig. Overall the trip was a success filled with swimming, exploring, eating, drinking and sailing. Everything on the yacht is customized for maximum benefit; the large sails help glide the yacht smoothly through the water, the air-con provides comfortable evenings, and the foredeck is perfect for relaxation. The cockpit is spacious and perfect for the designated breakfast area, card games and evening drinks. I would like to thank the Anima II crew for the excellent service.
